Have you tried saving the melon seeds and making nut milk out of them? It's pretty good (you have to strain it) and feels so good to use the whole thing.If you like a canteloupe/mint smoothie, you really should try a canteloupe/ginger one too--it is so yummy!
Oh, awesome, thanks!We once sprouted the melon seeds, but I'm not sure if they are the best sprouts to eat or not. I didn't venture them, but my husband said they were fairly mild.
